Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Sales Account Director for France. You will spearhead selling AI-native SaaS offerings to enterprise accounts, building relationships with C-suite stakeholders and guiding deals from engagement to close.

Ideal candidates bring experience selling high-ACV solutions, fluency in financial ROI storytelling, and a strong background in MEDDICC-based sales processes across global organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience selling SaaS/FinTech to enterprise accounts with six- to seven-figure ACV wins.

Responsibilities

• Carry quota tied to opportunity progression from engagement through close, coordinating with Finance, IT, Legal, and Procurement.
• Build C-suite relationships and articulate ROI and payback periods with credibility.
• Partner with account owners and new-logo hunters to identify AI-native opportunities in existing and new accounts.
• Collaborate with SE to own business case while SE handles configuration and demos.
• Educate prospects on why AI-native approaches to financial orchestration matter now.
• Define qualification criteria, positioning, and sales plays for the team.
• Leverage AI tools to identify expansion signals and build pipeline post-close.
