deepset is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound to close, engaging AI engineers and architects as technical peers while driving commercial outcomes with CFOs and procurement.

You will manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts with €50K–€500K+ ACV targets, run technical demos on Haystack, architectures, security and compliance questions, and negotiate contracts.

Formación

• You can run a Haystack pipeline and establish credibility in the first conversation.
• You've closed enterprise software deals above €100K ACV.
• You can talk architecture with a senior AI engineer and ROI with a CFO.
• Experience in Series A/B environments; help write the sales playbook.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, technical demo, evaluation, and close.
• Manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts with €50K–€500K+ ACV targets.
• Run technical sales discussions on agent and RAG architectures, security and compliance.
• Build relationships from AI engineers to CFOs and procurement.
• Negotiate enterprise contracts and MSAs without slowing deals.
• Help build the enterprise GTM motion and turn Haystack community into pipeline.
