Job summary

Complexio is expanding its Project Management function in the UK to deliver enterprise AI use cases end-to-end. You will lead diverse customer projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment between customers and internal stakeholders to realise measurable outcomes.

The role demands strong communication, risk management, and a solid grasp of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Expertise in managing customer-facing projects, balancing technical execution with business impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to align objectives and milestones.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on impact.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, ensuring requirements and standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (pods, data scientists, engineers, analysts) to deliver solutions.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
• Translate customer use cases into actionable plans, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with Complexio’s capabilities.
