Job summary

Complexio is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of enterprise AI use cases. You will bridge technical teams, customers and leadership, coordinating multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will define plans, manage risks, and drive value delivery across engagements with strong emphasis on stakeholder alignment. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, applying agile practices and ensuring successful outcomes while

Qualifications

Strong project management experience executing customer projects in AI/SaaS environments.
Excellent stakeholder management with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead the execution of customer projects from kickoff to delivery within agreed timelines and scope.
Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
Coordinate multiple projects, manage priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, define plans, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
Engage with customers to map use cases to actionable project plans and ensure value realization.
