Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects and ensure successful delivery of AI-driven use cases. You will bridge technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, aligning objectives, milestones, and outcomes across multiple projects.

You will coordinate data scientists, engineers, and business analysts in a fast-paced startup to deliver measurable solutions, with a focus on value realization and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Strong PM experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects balancing technical execution with business impact.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data integration, and enterprise software implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.
• Experience with agile methodologies, Jira, and project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handling multiple priorities with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery of use cases within agreed timelines and scope.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to customer requirements and company standards.
• Define project plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs to measure success.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including various pods, data scientists, engineers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and implement mitigation strategies
• Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and map solutions to their needs.
