Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to oversee enterprise AI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts. You will ensure delivery of use cases within agreed timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate customer needs into executable plans.

You will work at the intersection of technology and business, leveraging agile practices and strong communication to drive successful outcomes and value realization for enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing projects in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical plans and deliverables.
• Strong communication with stakeholders from technical and business sides.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring delivery within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to align objectives and outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple projects, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion, ensuring adherence to requirements and standards.
• Define project plans, scope, deliverables, and KPIs; manage resources and risks.
