• PM experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects with tech teams.
• Understanding of AI/ML, data integration, and enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with agile methods and Jira.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects within timelines and scope.
• Bridge technical teams, customers, and stakeholders to align objectives.
• Manage multiple projects balancing priorities and business needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from kickoff to completion.
• Define plans, objectives, scope, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Track progress and mitigate risks and blockers.
• Engage with customers to map use cases to solutions.
• Translate use cases into actionable project plans.
• Establish PM frameworks and apply agile practices.
