Job summary

Complexio is seeking a Project Manager to lead customer projects, delivering use cases on time and within scope while coordinating cross-functional teams across data scientists, engineers, and business analysts. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure clear objectives and value realization.

In this role you will drive project plans, track progress, mitigate risks, and contribute to continuous delivery improvements in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in AI, SaaS, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and Jira.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and scope.
• Bridge between technical teams, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities based on business impact and customer needs.
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, define plans, objectives, scope, deliverables and KPIs.
