Job summary

Indicium AI, a global AI-native consultancy, seeks a Consulting Partner to drive strategic growth within flagship accounts in financial services in London or hybrid work across the UK.

You will work with sales executives to expand live delivery, lead proposal writing and SOW negotiations, monitor delivery risk, and shape engagements that deliver measurable business value. You’ll mentor teams and help grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services technology and data, ideally with London exposure.
• Track record in growing accounts from initial engagement to multi-SOW programs.
• Strong commercial judgement: pricing, negotiating, saying no.
• Technical grounding in data platforms and enterprise AI to challenge estimates.
• Ability to lead teams and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Find and qualify expansion opportunities with sales executives.
• Lead proposal writing and SOW negotiations on complex deals.
• Monitor delivery risk and guide delivery leads.
• Turn delivery outcomes into case studies for future engagements.
• Collaborate with partners to strengthen accounts.
• Contribute to practice through pipeline, hiring, and coaching.
