OpenAI in London is seeking an AI Deployment Manager to enable adoption of OpenAI products across enterprise customers. The role blends product fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory, leading live workshops and designing adoption interventions for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer facing, enablement, or instructional roles.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for senior audiences.
• Strong product fluency across OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents.
• Experience designing learning journeys and live workshops.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into real business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the enablement of OpenAI products, aligning adoption patterns across enterprise teams.
• Serve as SME for designated product areas and gather customer feedback.
• Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, optimization and adoption.
• Design and deliver high-impact engagements: onboarding, trainings, executive briefings, workshops.
• Drive activation and measurable business value through structured enablement programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads to drive adoption.
