Job summary

OJ Digital, London, is seeking its first dedicated Deployment Strategist to bring advanced AI technology into global enterprises. This fully onsite role involves ownership of non-engineering aspects of deployments, from discovery and pilot to rollout and expansion, with regular UK travel.

You will work with founders and engineering to translate complex business workflows into actionable product priorities, build demos, and drive customer adoption while delivering measurable commercial value.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of professional experience in relevant backgrounds.
• Experience at high-growth tech startups, top-tier strategy consulting, or investment banking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery to rollout and expansion.
• Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders and become a trusted partner.
• Translate complex business workflows into clear product and engineering priorities.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop, test and refine AI-powered solutions.
• Drive customer adoption and identify opportunities for wider deployment.
• Create demos, prototypes and practical workflows using modern AI tools.
• Solve ambiguous, high-impact problems in demanding environments.
• Help establish deployment processes and playbooks as the company scales.
