Job summary

Stefanini EMEA is seeking an experienced VP (Individual Contributor) to lead enterprise change management and AI adoption initiatives. The role focuses on advising executives, prioritizing audiences and use cases, building capability, removing barriers, and driving sustained adoption and measurable business value.

Responsibilities span adoption governance, activation campaigns, learning enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with product, technology, HR, risk, and legal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years leading enterprise adoption or digital transformation.
• Proven experience in audience activation, enablement, and value measurement.
• Strong executive influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Impact the enterprise AI adoption roadmap, audiences, use cases, goals and value measures.
• Advise executives on adoption barriers, investments and actions for responsible usage.
• Develop content to enhance adoption and learning for employees and teams.
• Lead audience segmentation, adoption journeys, campaigns and role-based learning.
• Translate AI capabilities into practical workflow guidance and toolkits.
• Execute change management planning for Digital Workplace programs and projects.
• Use data to identify friction, test interventions, and scale successful approaches.
• Mobilize partners across functions around adoption outcomes and report business impact.
