Job summary

BrainStation is seeking an Account Executive, Enterprise to build and grow relationships with global organizations transforming for the AI era. You will own a portfolio of client relationships from discovery through proposal, working with Strategy and delivery teams to shape engagements that deliver impact.

You will engage with C-suite and senior leaders, lead executive workshops, and articulate a compelling point of view on AI-driven product and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-6 years in a client-facing role with enterprise or corporate clients; consulting/advisory experience is a plus.
• Track record of building a pipeline, leading pursuits, and securing new work with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and present a clear point of view.
• Willingness to travel globally for client work.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with C-suite executives, business leaders, and AI/Product/Data teams; lead strategic conversations on enterprise-wide AI capability.
• Own a portfolio of client relationships and the pipeline of opportunities within it; accountability for growth and health.
• Lead pursuits end to end from discovery to proposal and commercial agreement.
• Lead discovery to form a clear view of current state, priorities, and required capabilities.
• Partner with Strategy and delivery teams to shape engagements addressing client needs and serve as senior client contact.
