Job summary

AVEVA seeks an Account Executive for the CONNECT Platform to drive growth across enterprise accounts in a complex SaaS environment. You will craft value-based selling strategies, manage pipeline, and close multi-year ARR deals with senior stakeholders across functions.

You will partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to shape GTM, refine messaging, and accelerate adoption of the CONNECT platform within strategic accounts. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS or Cloud software sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving/quota targets and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial outcomes including pipeline generation and ARR achievement for target accounts.
• Identify and qualify use-case opportunities for CONNECT platform products.
• Develop compelling value propositions linking CONNECT capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Engage VP+ stakeholders to build buying coalitions and drive land-and-expand deals.
