Location: Hybrid role based in Reading, 3 days per week in the office
As an Account Manager, you will develop our growing branded Enterprise customer base. You will engage with a rapidly expanding portfolio of FMCG brands as a direct contact based in Windsor.
You will build strong relationships with key contacts, contribute to network expansion, support renewal processes, ensure client satisfaction, and identify growth opportunities by understanding clients’ evolving needs.
This role is the key interface between our customers and Profitero service teams, requiring quick expertise development and an internal network. We seek a highly organized, motivated self-starter with 2+ years in account management, customer focus, a sales drive, and a desire to grow with a global SaaS eCommerce company.
Ideal candidates will have experience working with targets in an FMCG and/or technology sales environment, preferably in eCommerce. Ability to learn quickly, self-motivation, and determination are essential, as is managing client engagement from implementation through renewal, working effectively with internal teams like Senior Account Management, Customer Support, Marketing, and Insights.
