Job summary

Veeam is seeking a seasoned Lead Account Executive, Enterprise, to lead the UK & Ireland enterprise book and target new logos. You will own go-to-market strategy, build executive-level relationships, and drive revenue growth across hybrid cloud and data-resilience solutions.

You will coordinate virtual teams, collaborate with Channel, Hyperscalers, and SI partners, and shape the territory with a clear, customer-centric approach, delivering consistent quota attainment and profitable expansion.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Enterprise Sales Account Manager with proven quota attainment.
• Experience selling in complex technology environments.
• Deep understanding of data resilience and cloud ecosystems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional GTM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the UK & Ireland Enterprise Territory.
• Coordinate virtual, geographically distributed teams.
• Drive disciplined sales execution across the Veeam portfolio.
