Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Lead Account Executive, Enterprise for the UK & Ireland region. You will manage a portfolio of FTSE-type accounts and drive new logo opportunities, coordinating distributed virtual teams to execute in quarter cycles.

Your market view will align corporate objectives with technology initiatives across customers and partners. You will report to the Director of Enterprise, UK & Ireland and partner with Inside Sales and Territory teams to shape engagement, accelerate growth, and

Qualifications

• Degree in business or technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Significant sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and KPIs.
• Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud organizations.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for the UK & Ireland Enterprise Territory.
• Coordinate virtual, geographically distributed teams.
• Drive disciplined sales execution across the full Veeam portfolio.
• Accelerate growth in hybrid cloud and cloud-native environments.
• Build executive-level relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Challenge the status quo with bold, innovative ideas.
• Partner with Channel, Hyperscalers, and System Integrators.
