Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Sauced. in London is seeking a senior enterprise SaaS salesperson to own the largest, most complex deals. The role offers a base up to £100K with OTE up to £200K, working three days per week in the office and collaborating directly with the CEO and Chair on enterprise opportunities across the UK and US.
You will run the full deal process from discovery to signature, coordinating with HR, Talent, IT and finance, while building your own pipeline with SDRs, Marketing and Partners.
A VC-backed AI hiring platform used by some of the UK's best-known employers across hospitality, retail, fitness and the public sector. Its AI agents sit on top of the hiring systems these organisations already use, answering candidates around the clock, screening applicants and cutting cost per hire. They're at seven-figure ARR, their AI product is already live with major enterprise customers, and they're preparing to expand into the US.
Base up to £100K and OTE of double your base, so up to £200K. You'll work directly with the CEO and Chair and have a real say in how the business sells to enterprise customers. You won't start from a blank sheet: you'll inherit a big expansion project with one of their largest customers and some of the biggest deals in the pipeline, including their first major US opportunities. The role is London based with three days a week in office.
You'll own the largest, most complex deals in the business. Contracts average £68K currently but this is increasing fast and run well into six figures, with five-to-six-month cycles. You'll run the full process, from prospecting and discovery to the business case, procurement and signature, bringing together HR, talent, operations, IT and senior budget holders. SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships and a Sales Engineer will support you, but you'll also be expected to build your own pipeline. As one of the most senior sellers in the team, you'll set the bar for how enterprise deals are won.
You've personally won complex enterprise SaaS deals with multinational, multi-stakeholder buyers, and you can explain exactly how you sourced and closed them. You've done it before at a scale-up, ideally in the £1–10M ARR range, so you're comfortable winning big customers while processes are still being built. HR tech, recruitment tech or HCM experience is a plus, as is selling in both the UK and US, but strong enterprise sales ability matters most.
