Job summary

Conway Group Healthcare in Belfast is seeking a Learning Disability Staff Nurse to provide enhanced care in Oakvale Manor. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, person-centered nursing to residents with dementia and related needs.

You will be a first level nurse registered with NMC (RGN/RMN), with at least one year of experience, fluent English, and the ability to lead and support a care team. Shifts will be scheduled as required.

Qualifications

• First Level Nurse Registered with NMC (RGN / RMN).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Fluent level of English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all residents.
• Continuous assessment, implementation and evaluation of care needs; take responsibility for running of unit/floor.
• Lead and delegate care staff within the team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
• Maintain effective communication with the team and Nurse Manager.
