Conway Group Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse for The Cottage Care Home in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents with dementia and complex needs.

The role requires an NMC registered nurse (RGN/RMN), fluent English, and the flexibility to work shifts. We value compassionate care, dignity, and a person-centred approach.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as an RGN or RMN.
• Fluent level of English.
• Must be available for shifts as detailed above.
• Have a compassionate and caring nature.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all residents.
• Continuous assessment, implementation and evaluation of care needs; take responsibility for running of unit/floor.
• Lead and delegate care staff within the team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
• Communicate effectively with the team and Nurse Manager.
