Conway Group Healthcare in Belfast is seeking a Learning Disability Staff Nurse to join our team at Oakvale Manor. You will deliver high standards of nursing care to residents, supported by a preceptorship pathway for newly qualified staff.

The role requires RGN/RMN registration, at least one year of nursing experience, fluent English, and the ability to work shifts. We value compassion, teamwork and a commitment to dignity and personalised care for every resident.

Qualifications

• First Level Nurse registration with NMC (RGN/RMN)
• At least 1 year nursing experience
• Fluent English
• Willingness to work shifts as required
• Compassionate and caring nature

Responsabilités

• Deliver high standards of nursing care to all residents
• Continuously assess, implement and evaluate care needs
• Take responsibility for running of unit/floor
• Lead and delegate care staff to ensure safe delivery of care
• Communicate effectively with team and Nurse Manager
