Job summary

Conway Group Healthcare in Belfast is seeking a Learning Disability Staff Nurse to join our team at Oakvale Manor. You will deliver high standards of nursing care to residents, supported by a preceptorship pathway for newly qualified staff.

The role requires RGN/RMN registration, at least one year of nursing experience, fluent English, and the ability to work shifts. We value compassion, teamwork and a commitment to dignity and personalised care for every resident.

Responsibilities of Registered Staff Nurse Role:

• Ensure high standards of nursing care are delivered to all your residents
• Continuous assessment, implementation and evaluation of care needs
• Take responsibility for running of unit / floor
• Appropriately lead and delegate care staff within your team to ensure safe and effective delivery of care
• Effective communication to team and to Nurse Manager

Requirements

• 1st Level Nurse Registered with NMC (RGN / RMN)
• Must have at least 1 year experience
• Fluent level of English
• Must be available for shifts as detailed above
• Have a compassionate and caring nature
