TeacherActive is seeking an adaptable English Teacher to work across a variety of secondary schools in Salisbury and South Wiltshire, including Amesbury. You will cover day-to-day bookings through to short-term and longer-term placements, with the flexibility to choose when and where you work.

A confident English specialist with QTS and KS3/KS4 experience will thrive in this role and join a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

I am recruiting specifically for the Salisbury and deeper South Wiltshire area, including Amesbury, Durrington, Tidworth, Wilton, Downton, the Stonehenge corridor and surrounding schools.

I want to hear from confident English specialists who enjoy teaching but would value more control over when and where they work. Opportunities range from individual day-to-day bookings through to short-term and longer-term placements, allowing you to build a working pattern that suits you.

The strongest supply teachers do far more than simply supervise a class. They arrive prepared, establish expectations quickly, engage pupils with the work that has been set and leave the school knowing that learning has continued. The successful candidate will have:
