Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored, engaging tuition in English and Maths for GCSE-level students.
* Develop and implement individualised lesson plans that address each student’s specific needs.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback to both students and parents/guardians.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles, ensuring lessons are accessible and effective, including support for SEN students where needed.
* Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths at GCSE level.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake, an enhanced DBS check.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
* PGCE in Maths or English and/or QTS status.
* Experience working with SEN students is highly desirable.
