Job summary

Warburtons is seeking an experienced Engineering Team Leader / Multi Skilled Engineer for our Wednesbury bakery. You will lead a skilled shift team, manage maintenance across 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am shifts, and ensure safety, quality and reliability at pace.

You will bring hands-on leadership, strong electrical/mechanical skills and ideally an electrical bias. Experience with SAP PM and FMCG maintenance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading shift engineering teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance knowledge with an electrical bias preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others and drive reliability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the shift Engineering team to deliver planned, preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and resolve breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime.
• Take the lead on complex engineering issues and drive plant reliability and continuous improvement.
