Job summary

Warburtons is seeking a Production Shift Manager at our Enfield bakery to own shift performance, lead from the front and deliver safe, efficient production on time. You’ll drive Lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives, coach teams and sustain high standards in quality and safety across day and night shifts.

In a fast-paced FMCG environment, you’ll partner with operations to plan, monitor equipment, and respond quickly to issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Monitoring equipment performance and ensuring compliance.
• Understanding of site-level planning and production flow.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop teams to hit KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own shift performance and drive daily production targets.
• Inspire and develop teams to reach KPIs and improve performance.
• Lead continuous improvement on shift and reduce waste.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on the line.
• Collaborate with site leadership for production planning.
