Responsibilities

• Lead shift team output, focusing on safety, quality, service and cost.
• Attend short interval control meetings and resolve daily issues with operations.
• Interface with all functions and levels within the business.
• Provide 24/7 engineering cover as needed to support bakery operations.
• Manage contractors to ensure safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Drive change management to improve production processes and plant design.
• Support and coach colleagues in shared maintenance practices.
• Ensure thorough handover to incoming shift on engineering, manufacturing or stores issues.
