Job summary

Swisslog is seeking an Engineering Team Leader for the DHL Derby site. You will manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, delivering all aspects of the engineering service on site, and coordinating daily activities under KPI guidelines.

You will represent Swisslog professionally and ensure safety and client documentation are maintained. The role requires experience leading an engineering team, familiarity with automation, and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a multi-discipline engineering team.
• Experience with automation in logistics/WMS environments a must.
• Apprentice-trained engineer with Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the resident engineers.
• Deliver engineering services within KPI guidelines.
• Represent Swisslog professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Manage performance reviews and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
