Job summary

IPL, Forza & Kober is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to direct a multi-disciplinary engineering and machine technician team on a busy site. You will drive maintenance planning, KPI reporting and safe, compliant project delivery in a high-demand process plant environment.

You will ensure GMP and BRC food safety standards are met, manage risks and lead continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with the Engineering Manager and site stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification in engineering with industry experience.
• Experience leading a skilled team and coordinating work to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe systems of work.
• Familiarity with PLCs and electrical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead machine technician and engineering teams, resolving issues and preventing recurrences.
• Generate, monitor and report KPIs for engineering and machine technician activities.
• Manage machine technician standards per IPL procedures (BRC and Food safety).
• Plan, review and file maintenance activities, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ensure PPM activities meet agreed timelines without impacting production.
• Ensure safe engineering activities by staff and contractors per IPL safety/environmental standards.
• Own and deliver engineering projects on site following HSE policies and timelines.
