Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to oversee maintenance across our site. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical expertise, leading a team to ensure safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement of plant assets.

You will drive PPM programmes, troubleshoot faults, maintain site services, and implement efficiency projects. Strong leadership and PLC/automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Delivery of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programmes.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers to ensure safe, efficient site operations.
