Job summary

ScriptRunner, part of The Adaptavist Group, is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to guide the Enhanced Search team and influence architectural decisions. You will lead five engineers, shaping delivery, architecture, and a strong product collaboration with Product, Design, QA, and Documentation.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, guide the team in AI-enabled development, and help establish best practices across Adaptavist’s engineering org.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading software teams and coaching engineers.
• Strong background in Java, TypeScript or Python and cloud architectures.
• Experience using AI coding tools as part of a development process.
