The role focuses on owning the full-cycle recruiting process, refining intake, defining role levels, and aligning salary targets with market conditions. A strong partner to engineering leadership is essential for timely, high-quality hires.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for software engineering roles
• Ability to assess candidates’ technical contributions and seniority
• Experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles via direct sourcing
• Trusted partner to engineering leaders with evidence-based hiring decisions
• Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining pace and quality
• Attention to detail in notes, updates, and feedback
• Experience with AI-enabled sourcing or recruitment tools is a plus
• Nice to have: blockchain/web3/fintech engineering recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering hiring pipeline end to end from intake to offer
• Run intake meetings with engineering leaders to define role level, profile, interview process, and salary target
• Build sourcing strategies for scarce profiles and conduct targeted outreach
• Assess candidates’ technical understanding, seniority, and contributions to make clear recommendations
• Improve interview processes, including first-round questions and scorecards
• Coach interviewers on conducting effective interviews with sourced candidates
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary expectations, and hybrid/location trade-offs
• Manage offers through to close, including references and pay discussions
• Manage agency partners and brief them to uphold quality standards
• Track pipeline data, flag bottlenecks, and report progress in weekly hiring sync
• Support hiring in Product and other functions when needed
• Lead the weekly engineering hiring sync
