Ctrl Alt, a scale-up fintech, is hiring a Recruiter to lead engineering hiring as we scale. You will own the pipeline from intake to offer, partnering with engineering leaders across backend, blockchain and financial systems in London, Belfast and beyond.

You will shape assessment criteria, set salary expectations, build sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and coach interviewers to ensure fair, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting for technical roles.
• Ability to assess technical seniority and build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience partnering with engineering leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the engineering hiring pipeline end-to-end across multiple live roles.
• Define intake, interview loops, and salary targets with engineering leaders.
• Build sourcing strategies for scarce profiles and outreach to passive candidates.
• Coach interviewers and streamline the interview process with data-driven scorecards.
• Advise on market conditions, salary expectations, and hybrid/location trade-offs.
• Manage agency partners and track pipeline metrics.
