Job summary

Safran is seeking an Enginering Talent Acquisition Specialist to support UK sites from Pitstone, Gloucester, Wolverhampton or Cwmbran. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least one day per week.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, technical and R&D roles, building strong pipelines and partnering with managers across the business. You will champion candidate experience, use data to optimize hiring, and ensure ATS data quality while adhering to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in engineering, technical or R&D roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence decisions across levels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities with strong organisation.
• Excellent communication and candidate experience focus, data-driven mindset.
• Experience using recruitment data and market insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for ~50 hires per year across UK sites.
• Manage vacancies from approval through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and plan recruitment.
• Build talent pipelines via targeted sourcing and employer branding.
• Act as SME for recruitment, providing market insights and improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS for requisitions, reporting and comms.
