Job summary

Safran in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for R&D and Engineering roles across Pitstone, Gloucester, Wolverhampton and Cwmbran. This hybrid role requires on-site presence at least one day per week.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for around 50 hires per year, partner with managers, build pipelines, and ensure data accuracy in the ATS while upholding Safran's equal opportunity principles.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment within an agency or in-house setting, focused on Technical, Engineering and R&D roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
• Efficient organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for ~50 hires per year, ensuring smooth coordination and a positive candidate/hiring-manager experience.
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy approval through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and recruitment plans.
• Build strong talent pipelines through targeted sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Act as a subject matter expert for recruitment within your perimeter, with market insights and sourcing strategies.
• Ensure data integrity in the ATS for requisitions, reporting, and candidate communications.
• Apply Safran's equal opportunity principles and maintain compliance with all relevant standards.

Your Role

Our Talent Acquisition Specialists are responsible for delivering strategic, high-quality hiring solutions that build exceptional teams and strengthen Safran's position as an employer of choice.

Focused on our Engineering job families, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will support all Safran businesses in the UK across roles in R&D, R&T and Engineering.

By partnering with business leaders, optimizing recruitment processes, and championing candidate experience, these roles ensure Safran attracts, engages, and retains top talent to fuel innovation and growth across all UK sites.

This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will have a fixed base at one of our Pitstone/ Gloucester/ Wolverhampton / Cwmbran facilities, with an on-site requirement of at least one day per week.
