Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in Leicester is seeking a Stores Operative to manage engineering stores and stock control at their expanded facility. You will handle goods in/out, maintain accurate records, and ensure storage is tidy and compliant with health and safety standards.

The role requires proven stores experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment, stock system familiarity, and good communication. Counter Balance FLT license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven stores experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Able to operate stock control systems.
• Physically fit with good communication.
• Computer literate; Counter Balance FLT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for engineering stores and stock control.
• Maintain up-to-date records.
• Manage goods in and goods out.
• Keep stores tidy and correctly stored.
• Ensure full Health & Safety compliance.
• Store raw materials and finished products securely to prevent damage.
