Job summary

Vivedia in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Procurement & Stock Coordinator to support engineers by keeping stock correctly allocated and procurement flowing smoothly.

You will raise purchase orders, manage stock, coordinate with suppliers, and support invoice reconciliation while maintaining accurate data in Salesforce and Excel. This role requires a proactive, organised team player in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, stock control, or supply chain roles.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• CIPS qualification (or working towards one).

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating urgent stock requests to site when needed.
• Receiving deliveries, asset tagging items, logging receipts, and allocating stock to the correct locations.
• Proactively organising stock rooms, prep areas, and the engineering build room to maintain high standards.
• Supporting stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Using stock and quote data to assess inventory requirements and future demand.
• Maintaining accurate product data across internal systems.
• Supporting stock reporting and analysis (usage trends, failure rates, minimum stock levels, etc.).
• Preparing stock for planned works orders.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Working closely with Finance on invoice reconciliation and queries.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting process and system enhancements.
• Assisting with general ad-hoc tasks within the stock and build rooms.
