Job summary

Skillmatch Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager to lead the on-site maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, delivering both planned and reactive facilities management services.

In this role you will manage BMS/SCADA, including Schneider systems and lighting, supervise subcontractors, review RAMS, and ensure safe, compliant operations under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and facilities management.
• Ability to manage and supervise contractors on-site.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with BMS/SCADA and lighting control.
• CDM compliance and RAMS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all mechanical and electrical systems on site.
• Oversee BMS/SCADA, including Schneider systems and lighting.
• Supervise subcontractors, approve RAMS and issue sanctions to isolate.
• Review PPM tasks and monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Perform operations and maintenance activities under the Senior Operations Manager.
