Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager stationed in Westminster, London. You will lead a team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off pattern and oversee critical electrical, mechanical, BMS and HV systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role blends hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, compliance, and day-to-day operations management, including permits, RAMS, KPIs and SLAs, with a view to robust site performance and progression.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer or Engineering Supervisor experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience supervising or managing engineers.
• Strong experience with PPM delivery, KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer or Engineering Supervisor with strong maintenance and control room experience, looking to take the next step into a key management position?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a major UK facilities and engineering organisation supporting complex, highly regulated environments across the country. You'll take responsibility for a team of engineers while overseeing critical Mechanical, Electrical, BMS and HV systems to ensure safe, reliable and compliant site operations.

Alongside this you'll have genuine responsibility for day-to-day engineering operations, managing PPM delivery, KPIs, SLAs, permits and subcontractor activities while working closely with senior management.
