Nub News in Coalville is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, fully automated factory. The role blends hands-on maintenance (about 30%) with strong shift leadership (70%), mentoring the team and resolving issues across days and nights on 4's and 5's shifts.

The ideal candidate will have multi-skilled maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing, a Level 3 engineering qualification, and proven leadership.

Salary: £64,000 + Overtime (£1,000-£2,000 on top) + Pension

Location : Coalville Shifts: 4's and 5's days and nights
