Job summary

HP4 Recruitment Ltd is assisting a well-established engineering company in the London area to recruit a Service Coordinator. The role supports the service department, coordinating engineers and ensuring they have what they need to complete work efficiently.

The successful candidate will manage coordination tasks, maintain records, handle procurement logistics and liaise with engineers and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Coordination or Engineering Administration.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication with engineers, suppliers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Completing weekly invoicing for quoted works and call-outs.
• Obtaining and processing engineer timesheets.
• Lead in arranging and chasing procurement and delivery of parts, tools and materials.
• Maintaining engineer training records and flagging upcoming qualification expiries.
• Maintaining engineer security clearance records and monitoring renewal dates.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support to the wider service team.
