Job summary

The Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Service Administrator based in Wigan to ensure seamless delivery of client services nationwide. You will co-ordinate engineers' diaries, manage reactive and pre-planned maintenance jobs from initiation to completion, and support the Service Manager with day-to-day admin tasks.

Responsibilities include answering calls, raising purchase orders, updating client systems, and maintaining WIP.

Qualifications

• Experience as a detail-oriented administrator.
• Coordinate engineers' diaries and service jobs end-to-end.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and log requests from customers.
• Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor labour.
• Update client systems and manage WIP.

Responsibilities
