Job summary

The role focuses on deploying the right engineers, including subcontractors where needed, and coordinating parts, documentation, and costs to ensure timely completion. You will document all activity in IT systems, optimize schedules for productivity, and communicate with engineers, managers, and third-party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAFM systems such as Maximo and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey clear information.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of jobs and ensure first-time fixes.
• Deploy correct engineering resources to meet SLAs.
• Document all job information in IT systems.
• Optimize engineers' schedules and reallocate incomplete jobs.
• Raise Purchase Orders and Work Requests for third-parties.
• Ensure all jobs meet response times and costs.
• Escalate issues promptly.
