Heathrow invites an experienced resilience professional to lead Engineering’s approach to operational resilience, contingency planning and incident response at its bustling London hub.

You will head the Engineering Resilience team, develop the Incident Response Team and work across Heathrow to strengthen preparedness, response and recovery. The role blends strategic leadership with practical delivery, including on-call participation during significant disruption under Heathrow policy.

• Extensive experience in resilience planning and incident response.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Engineering's approach to operational resilience and contingency planning.
• Manage and develop the Engineering Incident Response Team.
• Coordinate with Heathrow stakeholders to strengthen preparedness and recovery arrangements.
• Oversee testing of plans through exercises and learning from incidents.
• Participate in on-call incident response with command and control responsibilities.
