Thames Water in Lane End is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead end-to-end CAPEX projects on operational sites and the surrounding estate. You will scope, tender, procure contractors, and manage site set up, safety, commissioning and handover to operations.

You will oversee multiple live projects, ensuring on-time delivery, value for money, and compliance with CDM and Asset Standards. A driving licence and car allowance support travel across sites as required.

Qualifikationen

• Background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Formal qualifications encouraged (BTEC/HND).
• Experience in Construction or Engineering Project Management.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and how to apply them.

Aufgaben

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of Mechanical, Electrical and ICA projects.
• Lead end-to-end CAPEX scoping, tendering, procurement and handover.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and monthly audits.
• Collaborate with operations teams and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.
