Job summary

Gibson Technology Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, execution and delivery of engineering-focused projects. You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation and ensure clear communication between engineers, contractors and clients.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, attention to detail and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Normal hours are Mon-Fri, with a view to growing within a dynamic engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities by supporting meetings, managing documentation and maintaining effective communication across engineering teams, contractors and clients.
• Support project planning by coordinating schedules, resources, procurement activities and project documentation to ensure smooth delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify and elevate risks, and support the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process enhancements, promoting a learning culture and maintaining compliance with company and quality management standards.
