Job summary

You will work closely with two technicians to ensure on-time delivery and robust finishing processes, while enhancing SOPs, work instructions and technical documentation for sustained performance.

Qualifications

• Senior technician or engineering lead experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and workflow improvements.
• Familiarity with powder coating, wet paint, plating, anodising or surface treatments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day planning, scheduling and workflow across a small department.
• Collaborate with two technicians to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Improve processes, SOPs, work instructions and operational documentation.
• Monitor productivity, quality, rework and overall department performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and process control.
• Work with engineering, planning and customers to deliver robust finishing processes.
