Job summary

IC Resources Recruitment in Oxford is seeking a Lead Production Engineer to establish and lead the Production/Manufacturing function in Oxfordshire, England. You will transition products from prototype and first articles to full-scale serial production for internal and external customers.

You will oversee manufacturing operations, including production planning, capacity management, process development, tooling and equipment, and workforce expansion, while implementing manufacturing documentation

Qualifications

• Proven experience transitioning products from prototype to serial production.
• Startup or scale-up environment experience desirable.
• Experience establishing and scaling manufacturing operations.
• Excellent knowledge of manufacturing planning, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
• Experience implementing robust manufacturing documentation and control systems.
• Strong understanding of quality management and production assurance processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
