Job summary

Sulzer in Leeds is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our Planning & Scheduling team. You will develop and maintain schedules for complex engineer-to-order projects, collaborating with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Manufacturing to keep delivery on track.

Primarily site-based with flexible working options, this role offers a 37-hour week, opportunities to influence project outcomes, and exposure across energy, water and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in project scheduling, planning or project controls.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing or project-based industries.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
• Able to build relationships across multiple teams.
• Proactive, able to challenge and influence when needed.
• Experience in engineer-to-order manufacturing/ heavy equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain schedules for engineer-to-order projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement and manufacturing.
• Identify risks early and ensure on-track progress.
