Job summary

Gold Group in Cheshire seeks a Senior Planner to lead the planning function on a major £500m infrastructure project. Hybrid work arrangement: three days on site, remainder remote, within a busy project team.

The candidate should have a strong civil engineering background, UK main contracting experience, and advanced Primavera P6 skills with NEC contract knowledge. You will own the programme and drive delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning function for the £500m infrastructure project.
• Develop, manage and maintain the project programme using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, Site Manager and delivery teams.
• Monitor progress against milestones and critical path.
• Produce programme updates and detailed analysis.
• Ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
